SRA Fitness will build you a training program to use at your home, local, school, or team gym to help you attain your fitness goals at any time of the sport season.

Each month purchased will grant access to our app and a personalized workout plan specific to your needs. You will have access to videos and detailed descriptions to complete your workout, a system that helps track your progress, and private messaging with our certified strength and conditioning specialist, Tyler Brown.

Training experience is recommended. However, we are happy to work with anyone.

Spring programs with SRA Fitness will follow principles designed to target muscle building and recondition the body. These workouts will use exercises target the full body to ensure maximum benefits.

Athletes will train with Tyler Brown at 5:00pm every Tuesday and Thursday from April 15 -June 19.

20 Workouts over 10 weeks.

Schedule:

April: 15,17, 22, 24, 29

May: 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29

June: 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19

Maximum of 12 athletes.

Price: $300.00 + GST ($315.00).
