2024 SRA: Remote Personal Training w/ Weekly Check-In (3 MONTH)

A perfect balance of personal training, autonomy, and flexibility.

Through the power of the Trainerize app, our coaches create customized plans that help you meet your fitness goals. Track your progress, earn rewards, and talk to your coach with this user friendly program. Choose between 3, 4, or 5 day splits to take to your home gym.

There will be a dedicated check-in time at Southdale Community Center every Thursday at 5:00pm from April-June for clients to come workout and receive hands on training tips from our coaches to help guide you through your plan and answer your questions.

This program is renewable and check-in times will change after June. Program is not limited in age, ability, or sport. We are happy to work with anyone!

Spring programs with SRA Fitness will follow principles of off-season training which are designed to target muscle building and recondition the body. These workouts will use exercises target the full body to ensure maximum benefits.

Athletes will train with Tyler Brown at 4:00pm every Tuesday and Thursday from April 2-June 20.

24 Workouts over 12 weeks.

Schedule:

April: 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30

May: 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30

June: 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20

Maximum of 16 athletes.

2024 SRA: ABC'S of Athletic Development (1x/week)

Agility, balance, and coordination. Three key building blocks of youth athletic development. Geared towards people who want to get to know the gym and move their bodies in a group setting.

Join us for a 50-60 minute workout every Tuesday at 5:00pm that focuses on foundational athletic movements. We will run, jump, skip, and learn essential techniques in the weight room.

12 workouts total in 12 weeks.

Schedule

April: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

May: 7, 14, 21, 28

June: 4, 11, 18

Limit of 16 athletes.

Registration and Payment Requirements

* Please note that registration alone does not secure your spot. It must be accompanied with your payment for the desired programming sessions.


Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation within 30 days prior to program commencing, there will be a $50 service fee charged for each session cancelled.

No refunds will be made after program commencing and credit for future camp(s) may be awarded in the event of a medical situation and written report provided from family physician.
