Successful registration should be accompanied by auto-generated e-mail immediately following online registration. If you do not receive this e-mail within 5-10 minutes of online registration, check your junk/spam folder. Otherwise, please e-mail info@lakerhockeyacademy.ca. This is in regards to e-mail possibly being blocked by spam filters, or directed to your junk/spam folder.
Please note that registration alone does not secure your spot. It must be accompanied with your payment for the desired programming sessions. See registration form for available payment methods.
Customers may cancel their hockey program registration up 30 days before start date and receive a full refund.
Each individual cancelled program is subject to a $50 administration fee.
Refunds are applied back to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
Customers who are unable to participate due to medical reasons can provide a Doctors note for a full refund or credit.
Program registrations that are cancelled after 30 days before start date are not eligible for refunds or credits.
In the event of a cancellation within 30 days prior to program commencing, there will be a $50 service fee charged for each session cancelled.
No refunds will be made after program commencing and credit for future camp(s) may be awarded in the event of a medical situation and written report provided from family physician.
