Skills and Play
August 19, 2013 to August 23, 2013
For 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001 Born Players
8 hour day program, 8am - 4pm
$399.00 + GST ($418.95)
- Limited to 24 players and 4 goalies per age group
- 75 minutes of skill development in the morning
- 60 minute scrimmage in the afternoon
- Goalies have a private 45 minute session first thing in the morning
- The rest of the daily schedule consists of dry land sessions, sport activities, video room sessions, as well as our own Coach's Corner
The ice sessions will focus on skating, puck control, passing, shooting, and checking. Players will have lots of puck time and lots of opportunity to handle and shoot pucks. The scrimmage will be used as a reinforcement of the skills learned and an opportunity for the players to have some unstructured play.
Players are provided with a daily HOT lunch
Early drop off 7:30 am and late pick up 4:30 pm times available for these camps

All Female Skills Camp

6 hour day program, 9am - 3pm
$289.00 + GST ($303.45)
- Limited to 24 players and 4 goalies per age group
- 75 minutes of skill development in the morning
- 60 minute of shooting and stick handling in skill pad
- 60 minute of hockey specific off ice training
- Goalies have a private 45 minute session first thing in the morning
- The rest of the daily schedule consists of dry land sessions, sport activities, video room sessions, as well as our own Coach's Corner
This program has been created specific for females. The program focuses on puck handling and shooting. Small groups will be created to ensure that the players maximize time with the puck. Players will focus on skill development and understanding situational game tactics.
Players are provided with a daily HOT lunch

This camp will offer each player 16 hours of on ice activity.
- August 1 Tuesday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 6 Tuesday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 8 Thursday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 13 Tuesday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 15 Thursday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 19 Monday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 20 Tuesday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 22 Thursday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 26 Monday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice
- August 27 Tuesday 1.25 hours on ice, and 1 hour off ice

As well as 11 - 60 minute off ice sessions with certified physical trainer/AAA Bantam Head Coach Rob Smith
This program will focus on preparing players for their perspective evaluations whether it may be AAA, AA or A hockey. Ice sessions will focus on skill development/reinforcement, individual tactics, and team concepts. Ice sessions will also train players position specific. Drills will be provided for Forwards, Defensemen, and Goalies.
The off ice portion will provide players with the strength and conditioning aspect that is necessary for their evaluations.
Dmen/Forwards camp

For 2005, 2004, 2003 born players
8 hour day program, 8am - 4pm

- 60 minute scrimmage in the afternoon
- Goalies have a private 45 minute session first thing in the morning
- The rest of the daily schedule consists of dry land sessions, sport activities, video room sessions, as well as our own Coach’s Corner
All players will focus on skating, puck control, passing, shooting, and checking and how it relates to their position. DMen and Forwards will split into two groups in the morning working on skills and specific position concepts. In the afternoon, the two groups will come together to scrimmage and reinforce the skills and concepts learned

Contact and skills camp

2002, 2001 born players
8 hour day program, 8am - 4pm
$399.00 + GST ($418.95)
- Limited to 24 players and 4 goalies per age group
- 75 minutes of skill development and contact in the morning
- 60 minute scrimmage in the afternoon
- Goalies have a private 45 minute session first thing in the morning
- The rest of the daily schedule consists of dry land sessions, sport activities, video room sessions, as well as our own Coach’s Corner
Players will focus on all their basic skills but with an element of contact involved. Players will be introduced to contact and will be put into safe situations where contact will occur. Proper body position will be taught as to apply and absorb contact.
Players will leave this week with confidence in hitting and taking hits. They will be informed of the safety issues and will be put through plenty of repetitions to ensure they are ready for their upcoming season.

Fall pre-season development and conditioning camps
September 03, 2013 to September 20, 2013
2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, All Girls 2004-2006, All Girls 2001-2003, All Girls 1997-2000
$149.00 + GST ($156.45)
This program runs to start of tryouts - Approx. September 14 / All Girls Groups end Approx. September 20 due to a later Tryout start
- Limited to 28 players and 4 goalies
- The camp will offer 7 hours of on ice instruction
*The 2001 and 2002 age group will only be 5 hours of on ice instruction and the cost is $95.00 + GST ($99.75). This camp will end before AA tryouts.
Players will focus on conditioning and skill development. The program will prepare players for their upcoming tryouts and evaluations. A strong emphasis on basic skills and drills will be set up so that players will get lots of repetitions.

Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation prior to June 1, 2013, there will be a $50 service fee charged for each session cancelled.
No refunds will be made after June 1, 2013 and credit for future camp(s) may be awarded in the event of a medical situation and written report provided from family physician.
